Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mdwfinancial.com and the services offered by MDW Financial ("MDW," "we," "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. Your enrollment in any program is also governed by the written client agreement you sign with us, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
1. Our services
MDW Financial provides credit restoration, credit education and business credit consulting, delivered online. This may include reviewing your credit reports, identifying items that appear inaccurate, outdated or unverifiable, communicating with credit bureaus and creditors on your behalf, and advising you on strategies to strengthen your credit profile.
2. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any specific result, score increase, removal of any item, loan approval or interest rate. Results depend on your individual credit history and on decisions made by credit bureaus, creditors and lenders, which we do not control. Accurate, current and verifiable information cannot be removed from a credit report.
3. Your rights
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly, at no cost to you. You do not need to hire anyone to do this for you.
You are entitled to free copies of your credit reports at annualcreditreport.com.
Under federal law (15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.) and the California Credit Services Act of 1984, you are entitled to a written contract describing the services to be performed, their cost and the estimated time to complete them, before any services begin. We may not charge or receive payment for any service before that service is fully performed.
You may cancel your contract without penalty or obligation within five (5) business days after you sign it. To cancel, notify us in writing by email.
4. Fees and billing
Your consultation is FREE. Our programs are billed monthly according to the plan you choose and the written agreement you sign. Current programs are The Fresh Start ($99.99 per month), The Full Restoration ($139.99 per month) and The Business Builder ($249 per month). Prices may change, and any change will be communicated to you in advance. You may cancel your program at any time by contacting us; cancellation stops future billing for services not yet performed.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date
- Forward us any correspondence you receive from credit bureaus or creditors related to your file
- Never ask us to make a false statement or misrepresent your identity. It is illegal to make false statements to a credit bureau or to create a new credit identity, and we will not do either.
6. Communications
By giving us your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message and email about your inquiry and services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
7. Website use
The content on this website, including text, images, design and the MDW name and lion mark, belongs to MDW Financial or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Information on this site is general in nature and is not legal, tax or financial advice for your specific situation. The website concierge is an automated assistant; your consultation is the place for advice specific to you.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, MDW Financial is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under federal or California law that cannot be waived.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.
